Job description
Westchester Medical Center seeks a Head Nurse (N3) for the Neuro Med/Surg unit. Under supervision of a higher-level nurse, you will plan care, develop staff, and set department standards, while coordinating with other departments to meet hospital objectives.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing consultation as needed. Shift assignments cover a 24-hour, 7-day period; NYS RN license required.
