Nursing Unit ManagerHathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit and lead a team of nurses and nursing assistants.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN with skilled nursing experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership or unit management role.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unitSupervise, support, and provide direction to nurses and nursing assistantsEnsure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with individualized care plansMonitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care teamParticipate in resident assessments and care plan meetingsEnsure accurate and timely clinical documentationMaintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and policiesAssist with staff scheduling, training, performance management, and ongoing educationSupport infection control, quality assurance, and risk management initiativesHelp prepare the unit and staff for state and federal surveys and regulatory inspectionsPromote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused environmentQualificationsActive RN or LPN license in MassachusettsPrevious skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience requiredPrevious supervisory, charge nurse, or unit management experience strongly preferredStrong clinical assessment and leadership skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of skilled nursing regulations and survey requirementsAbility to lead and support a nursing team in a fast-paced healthcare environmentCompensation & Benefits$2,000 Sign-On BonusMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidays401(k) retirement planSupportive leadership teamProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesApply TodayIf you are an experienced RN or LPN looking for a rewarding Nursing Unit Manager opportunity in Danvers, MA, we encourage you to apply today and join the team at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
