Job description
Greens at Weaverville is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Unit Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical operations of a busy skilled nursing unit in Weaverville, NC. You will mentor staff, coordinate admissions, and ensure the highest standard of resident care while collaborating with the DON and ADON.
You will plan, organize, and lead staff meetings, handle documentation, and participate in physician rounds as needed. A strong clinical leader with compassionate care is encouraged to apply.
