Job description
Spring Hills Matawan is seeking a Unit Manager to lead the nursing unit, plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate all aspects of the unit, and ensure 24-hour accountability for the department.
Ideal candidate will have a New Jersey nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, and a minimum of 3 years nursing experience with leadership skills, along with the ability to foster team engagement and quality improvement within a collaborative care environment.
