Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mayfield, KY seeks an LPN/RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations on the nursing unit. You will supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with the ADON/DON to resolve care-related concerns.
