Job description
Centerville Health and Rehab is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care for residents in Centerville, OH. The role works with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day unit functions while ensuring compassionate, compliant care.
The ideal candidate has an active nursing degree, 2+ years in long-term care, at least 1 year in nursing management, and current CPR certification.
