Job description
Hearthstone is seeking a Dietary Director to oversee the dietary department, ensure safe, nutritious meals, and align with physician orders and regulatory standards.
You will lead staff, manage budgets, coordinate with nursing and activities, and drive QA and staff education to support resident well-being.
Experience in long-term care diets and PCC software is preferred; a dietary manager credential and ongoing licensure are required.
