Job description
Opt For Healthy Living, in collaboration with Cal Poly, seeks a nutrition educator to lead both undergraduate and graduate teaching, with emphasis on nutrient metabolism. The incumbent will supervise graduate students, contribute to MS Nutrition, and participate in online and in-person instruction.
The candidate will develop a productive research program, seek external funding, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
