Enjoy a fulfilling career as you support the health of our patients and a team focused on excellence.OverviewUnder moderate supervision, perform a variety of tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria and patient care areas.ResponsibilitiesCold food preparation.Assist in executing catering functions.Stocking of supplies.Documentation of temperatures. Operating a cash register.Working the grill/fryer station.Assembly and transporting of patient trays and carts.Working in the dish-room.Trash removal.Receiving and storage of supplies.Weekly / daily cleaning tasks.QualificationsPreference given to those who have had experience with some aspects of the job to include assignments &/or food service equipment. On the job training provided. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Must have excellent customer service skills.Competencies SkillsEssential:Clear communication skills both written and verbalKnowledge of basic computer programsAble to keep confidential information regarding patients, team membersAble to withstand crisis situationsHas skills to provide customer service to patients, team members and visitorsEducationNonessential: High school graduate or equivalentOther InformationEntryUSD $16.50/Hr.
