Loss Prevention CoordinatorNuuly is looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator to join their team! The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the customer success team. This role will focus on the financial aspects of the team, primarily managing dispute resolutions and shipping investigations.You will work closely with, and report to, the Sr. Director of Customer Success. You will also work closely with the Fraud Specialist and Customer Success team. You will be responsible to communicate all findings with the appropriate teams and will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set.Role ResponsibilitiesResolve chargeback disputesLog precise details of all disputes within various system toolsSupport Customer Service projects or other assignments as neededWork directly with shipping providers to ensure lost package claims are researched and submitted for reimbursementRole QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a Loss Prevention, Fraud or Analyst roleTask oriented and focus drivenExceptional time management skillsWilling to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needsAnalyze and report on trends and issuesThe PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
