Job description
SPS North America is seeking an Account Director to lead a high‑visibility banking/financial services account across multiple locations. Based on site in New York City, you will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction while serving as the main SPS contact with the client.
The role requires 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience, multi‑site management, and a strong track record in P&L management and executive stakeholder engagement.
