Job description
Korn Ferry, a premier NYC owner/operator with a 5 million square-foot Manhattan portfolio, seeks a senior commercial leasing professional. You will manage full-cycle leasing, including canvassing, tours, negotiations, and tenant relations, reporting to the Executive Managing Director of Leasing.
Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in NYC office/retail leasing, strong analytical and financial acumen, and a proven network among Manhattan brokers.
