Job description
Zeta is seeking a Resident Operations Director to lead school-based operations across Bronx, Upper Manhattan, or Queens. The role starts Spring/early Summer 2027 and is fully on-site in NYC, with a starting salary of $92,000 and reports to the Principal and Network Operations team.
You will complete a 6-to-12 month residency, join a School-Based Operations Team, and increasingly own the operations of a Zeta school, driving projects, safety, facilities, and data-informed improvements.
