Express Technician (Lube Technician)

Compensation
nAnnual Pay Range: $24,000 – $30,000 per year
(Based on experience and qualifications)

n What You'll Do
nnnPerform oil and filter changes to manufacturer specifications
n
nnRotate and balance tires; replace tires as needed
n
nnReplace cabin and engine air filters, wiper blades
n
nnTest and replace batteries; top off fluids
n
nnMeasure tread depth and brake pad wear
n
nnPerform digital multi-point inspections and video inspections
n
nnDocument findings accurately using inspection software
n
nnCommunicate vehicle needs clearly to Service Advisors
n
nnMaintain a clean and safe work area
n
nnDeliver a professional, customer-focused experience
n
n What We're Looking For
nnnValid driver's license and good driving record
n
nnBasic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
n
nnStrong work ethic and attention to detail
n
nnComfortable using computers for documentation
n
nnWillingness to learn and grow in a team environment
n
nnBasic mechanical tools are a plus (not required)
