Job description
EY seeks a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise to design and deliver technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers, and live experience operators. Lead end-to-end workstreams, develop transformation roadmaps, and design operating models across order-to-cash components.
You will coach staff, drive workshops with GPOs and technology stakeholders, and manage day-to-day delivery while ensuring measurable improvements in cash flow and customer experience.
