Job description
EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice based in Chicago to lead client-facing transformation engagements across the revenue cycle. You will design future-state O2C models, drive improvements in billing, collections, and cash application, and collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams across multiple client sites.
The role requires 5–8 years of experience, ERP proficiency (SAP/HighRadius/Zuora), and travel up to 60%.
