We desire to give back to the community and to each other.Innovation & Uniqueness - We desire to be a true oasis in the region and embrace our identity.Honesty & Integrity - We believe in being truthful and transparent, while maintaining professionalism, to our associates and guests in all situations, even when the situation is difficult.ResponsibilitiesThe 2nd Shift Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness both in guest rooms and public space, while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to our guests.Cleans public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms and other front and back of house areas.Cleaning of guest rooms to include dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens and cleaning bathrooms.Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, washing windows, assist in laundry, cleaning/ buffing floors and disposing of interior/exterior garbage.Reports any maintenance concerns and items in need of repairStocks and maintains cart and supply rooms, as neededPerforms deep cleaning tasks and special projectsDeliver guest requested itemsDirects guest to guest rooms and meeting rooms, as needed.Handles guest inquiries. This position is required to work with our guests to ensure overall satisfaction. This position must take the initiative to be creative when resolving gust inquires/ challenges.QualificationsRequirements:Excellent time management skillsStrong organizational skillsMust be an extremely honest person with high levels of integrityMust excel in a fast paced environmentA keen eye for detailMust have a positive, cheerful dispositionPrior professional cleaning experience requiredShift is from 3:30pm-12amWeekends are requiredWorking Environment:Primarily indoor working conditions in a fast-paced environment. Though will be required to work in outdoor conditions at times.Miscellaneous RequirementsCandidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
