Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is addingan OB/GYN Generalist to the group atNYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln .LincolnMedical Centeris adesignated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties,including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers.The hospital provides comprehensive health services to women by a team of highly specialized and caring medical professionals. The team performs an average of 1,500 live births per year. The Women's Health Center provides a modern, family friendly environment for OB/GYN care.Today, Lincoln stands as a leader in the transformationof women's healthcare in the Downtown Bronx community.

Opportunity Details:

Perform a full scope of OBGYN practice including obstetrics, gynecology and ambulatory services.

Subspecialty support from MFM, MIGS, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology.

Opportunity to participate in research, performance improvement, quality initiatives and community outreach activities.

Be part of core faculty in OBGYN residency program, teach and supervise residents and medical students.

Qualifications Board Eligibility and/or Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Wages and Benefits include:

AnnualBase Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.Additionalcompensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

Employees areimmediatelyvestedin a 3% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

After one year ofservice, employees receive anadditional7% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.

Additionalemployee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.

Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.

Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.

Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

Pre-tax employee-paid contributions for commuting expenses.

Visa sponsorship will be considered for this position.
