Job description
TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and dedicated medical director to lead our OB/GYN hospitalist program at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a skilled team of OB/GYN physicians and drive excellence in women's healthcare for the community. As medical director, you'll partner with seasoned clinical and operational leaders who bring extensive experience in building and supporting successful OB/GYN hospitalist programs.

Earn a sign-on bonus up to $30,000 when you commit to 6 to 7 shifts per month
Competitive compensation plus medical director stipend
$3,000 annual CME allowance plus opportunity to lead onsite team drills and simulation training
Responsibilities include L&D management, coverage of unassigned OB patients, and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
24/7 In-house anesthesia and level 3 NICU support
No billing or coding responsibilities
Clinical leadership support and a collaborative team environment
Access to TeamHealth's national network of OB/GYN hospitalists
