Job description
Pediatrix is seeking an OB Hospitalist Medical Director to lead the Dallas/Fort Worth market program, providing clinical leadership and strategic direction. The role partners with hospital leadership to build a high-performing, patient-centered OB-GYN hospitalist service in Fort Worth, TX.
You will guide clinical practice, recruit and mentor hospitalists, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping workflows and quality metrics to improve outcomes for mothers and babies.
