Looking for a collaborative OB/GYN team where you can shape your own practice and still have time for life outside of medicine? A respected regional health system in South Dakota is adding an OB/GYN to a stable, physician-driven women's health group, about an hour from Sioux Falls, South Dakota (SD).
OB/GYN Position Highlights
4-day work week with Friday or Monday off
Structure deliveries and clinic the way you prefer
1 in 5 call rotation
Robotics with easy access
450-500 deliveries annually
Mission-driven and patient-care-focused team
Established physician team who is happy to provide mentorship and collaborate with you - partners are happy to scrub together whenever needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base of $450,000
Sign-on of $200,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience
Yearly retention bonus of $15,000
Relocation up to $12,000
Comprehensive benefits package including 2 retirement plans and malpractice with tail coverage
No non-compete
