The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to ensure continuous on-site care delivery. Support resources include 1.5 employed FP/OB physicians and 24/7 anesthesia call coverage provided by a partner group; no APPs or CNMs are present in the OB service.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through day shift, call, and 24-hour call assignments across clinic and OR settings at an on-site critical access facility in Iowa, structured on a one week on, one week off basis beginning as soon as possible. Clinical responsibilities include clinic and call coverage for adult patients, with a patient volume of 16-18 patients per day during clinic shifts and up to 2 patients per night during call. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:3 call ratio, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability throughout each designated coverage period. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
