The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support consistent care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. The department is supported by a team of 2 PAs, 6 CNMs, 2 RNs, and 2 MAs.

About the Clinician's Workday
A board-certified OB/GYN is required to provide clinic-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday, with no call obligations. The clinician will manage an expected patient volume of 15-18 patients per day in a structured clinic environment. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Support staff consisting of APPs, RNs, and MAs are available to assist throughout each designated coverage period.
