About the Facility This on-site inpatient facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services to an adult patient population and maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with 24-hour call coverage requirements at a 1:5 call ratio. The facility is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians providing inpatient OB/GYN coverage on a recurring monthly basis.
About the Facility Location Michigan offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural pursuits suited to varied interests. The state features opportunities for hiking, fishing, and kayaking, along with natural landmarks such as Kitch-iti-kipi freshwater spring and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Destinations such as Mackinac Island and the Upper Peninsula provide distinct natural and historic experiences, while community festivals, art fairs, and multicultural events are held across the state throughout the year.
About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call assignments (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) at an on-site facility, with coverage structured as 3 to 6 days per month. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:5 call ratio, and continuous availability is expected throughout each designated coverage period. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full range of inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
