The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous obstetric and gynecologic care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Onsite resources, including lab and ultrasound services, are in place to facilitate coordinated patient care for each assigned shift.

About the Clinicians Workday
Clinicians will provide 24-hour inpatient OB/GYN call coverage on a schedule of 6 - 7 shifts per month, with potential for additional shifts. Clinical responsibilities encompass labor and delivery management, C-sections, complicated deliveries, VBACs, laceration repairs, and gynecologic emergencies. The role carries a low patient volume, averaging 1 - 6 patients per day, with midwife support and onsite lab and ultrasound services available throughout each designated coverage period. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
