The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows, with support staff that includes anesthesia and NP personnel, to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with 24-hour shift coverage requirements.

About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide OR-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour shift assignments at an on-site Level 1 trauma facility in Mississippi, with coverage spanning December 21 through December 29. Clinical responsibilities encompass OR obstetric and gynecologic care, with an average volume of 30-40 deliveries per month. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:3 call ratio. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system.
