Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading health system in northwest Houston in recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Nocturnist to join its growing team at a 358-bed regional hospital in the Willowbrook area. This position is primarily based at the Willowbrook campus and focuses on overnight, in-house coverage supporting Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics services.

n nResponsibilities
nnProvide overnight, in-house OB/GYN coverage
nManage laboring patients, obstetric emergencies, and unassigned patients
nPerform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as indicated
nCollaborate with nursing, anesthesia, neonatology, and daytime OB/GYN teams
nSupervise and support OB/GYN residents during overnight shifts, as applicable
nParticipate in obstetric quality and safety initiatives
nWeekend and holiday coverage included per nocturnist schedule
n nQualifications
nnBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
nStrong clinical judgment with the ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients independently
nExcellent communication and team-oriented mindset
nPrior nocturnist or hospital-based OB/GYN experience preferred
nInterest in resident education preferred
