Overview
Partnership in 2–3 Years | 1:10 Call | Robotic Surgery | Physician-Led Practice
East Lakeland OB/GYN Associates is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our established physician-owned practice in the Flowood metropolitan area.
For physicians seeking the autonomy of private practice, a highly favorable call schedule, strong surgical opportunities, and a clear path to partnership, East Lakeland offers one of the most attractive OB/GYN opportunities in the Southeast.
We welcome both practicing physicians and 2027/2028 graduating residents.

3.5 clinic days per week
Friday half-days
Dedicated administrative and surgical time
Approximately 21 weekday call shifts annually
Approximately 5 weekends of call annually
Post-call day off after weekend call
Call burden expected to continue decreasing as hospitalist coverage expands

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Qualifications
MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
