Job description
Putnam Hospital Center of Northwell Health, is seeking a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist to expand our existing network of established and successful OB/GYN providers. This is a generalist position that will consist of 3 office/surgery days per week and a 1 in 4 call schedule (sharing amongst 4 physicians). The call schedule is one week day per week and every fourth Friday-Sunday. Call may be taken from home but the provider must be within 30 minutes driving distance to the hospital.
Putnam Hospital Center (PHC), in Carmel, New York, is a 165-bed community hospital. Our Labor and Delivery Unit sees about 360 babies born each year. With a staff of more than 300 physicians, PHC offers the highest quality medical, surgical, psychiatric, oncology, pediatric, orthopedic, obstetrical/gynecological, and intensive care, as well as 24-hour emergency services and home health care. Putnam Hospital Center is in a beautiful suburban location, an hour north of New York City. Salary Range: $375,000 - $500,000, relative to experience
