OB/GYN Opportunity in Scenic Vermont

An award-winning community hospital in scenic Vermont is seeking a full-spectrum OB/GYN physician to join its established women’s health team. This opportunity offers an attractive mix of gynecology, surgery, and lower-volume obstetrics, along with excellent compensation, generous time off, and a supportive practice environment.
Opportunity Highlights
$450,000+ earning potential
GYN-focused practice – Approximately 70% Gynecology / 30% Obstetrics
Lower OB volume – Approximately 160–170 deliveries annually
Established team – Join two employed OB/GYN physicians with experienced Certified Nurse Midwife support
Dedicated administrative time – One day per week
Loan repayment – $20,000 annually plus PSLF eligibility
Generous PTO – 35 days plus 6 paid holidays
Visa sponsorship – H-1B and J-1 candidates welcome
