Gulf Coast OBGYN , part of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join our thriving practice on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a collaborative environment that prioritizes long-term career growth, clinical autonomy, and physician investment in the practice. Day-one support with mentorship, collaboration, and consistent surgical backup
Strong patient demand allows for a natural ramp or immediate productivity
Full-scope OB/GYN with access to minimally invasive and robotic surgery (Da Vinci available)

Team of five experienced OB/GYN physicians
Collaborative, no-hierarchy environment
Surgical backup available for all major cases

4-day workweek
1:5 call rotation, with partner support available
Guaranteed post-call days off
Predictable scheduling with dedicated OR block time
Comprehensive Practice
Approximately 50/50 OB-GYN mix, with flexibility based on your interests
50-60 deliveries per month (team-based model)
Services include:
Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
Robotic-assisted procedures
Hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and LEEP
In-office procedures (optional volume)
Physicians have the ability to tailor their practice based on clinical preference.
Advanced Facilities and Workflow
Dedicated OR block time (two half-days per week)
Easy access to minor procedures on non-OR days

Level II NICU and new state-of-the-art birthing suites
Clinic and hospital located within walking distance
Compensation and Benefits
$300,000-$400,000+ Year 1 earning potential (base plus productivity)
Uncapped compensation model
$25,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Open to residents as well as experienced physicians
