OB/GYN Physician – Full Scope | Flexible Schedule | 1099 or W-2
**Open to experienced or out of residency- Open to relocation**
Schedule: Flexible | Hospital Call + Clinic
Employment Type: W2 or 1099
Compensation: $280,000–$350,000 annually, depending on employment model and schedule
We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice offering full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced OB/GYN physicians and physicians coming directly out of residency . The practice offers a supportive, non-corporate environment with strong opportunity to build a long-term patient base.
What You'll Do
See approximately 20–25 patients per day in clinic
Manage labor & delivery and postpartum patients
Perform routine and complex gynecologic care
Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries
Utilize laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgical techniques
Participate in emergency OB/GYN surgical care
Provide hospital OB call coverage
Schedule & Compensation
Full OB call coverage approximately every few weeks
Approximately 6 weekday call shifts/month and 1 weekend call period/month
W-2 compensation: $280K–$350K
1099 option available with significant flexibility and uncapped earning potential
Potential $10K relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus
Requirements
Full-scope OB/GYN experience or training
New graduates are welcome
Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred, but not required
