Ideal Candidate
This position is particularly well suited for an OB/GYN who wants to do more than routine outpatient gynecology .
The ideal physician enjoys maintaining a broad skill set encompassing obstetrics, outpatient women's health, and surgery and wants a practice where there is sufficient volume to remain active in the operating room.
You'll also thrive here if you value physician autonomy and want the ability to bring new ideas to the table rather than simply stepping into a rigidly defined practice model.
