Job DescriptionShe Recruits is partnering with a major regional hospital system in the Charleston metro area to recruit two OB/GYN physicians to join an established, growing women’s health program in Summerville, South Carolina.\ N
This is a balanced opportunity offering strong OB volume, robotic surgical capability, OB Hospitalist support, and potential involvement with a residency program.\ N
OB/GYN – Employed\ N
Location: Summerville, SC\ N
Schedule: Days (rotating weekends)\ N
Call Structure:\ N
1 designated call day per week\ N
1:6 night call (home call)\ N
Average 1:6 weekend call\ N
Full-time OB Hospitalist support\ N
Estimated MGMA Range: $350,000 – $450,000+\ N

What You’ll Do:\ N
Provide full-scope obstetrical and gynecologic care\ N
Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care\ N
Perform C-sections and gynecologic surgical procedures\ N
Utilize robotic platform for minimally invasive GYN procedures\ N
Participate in sharedcall model with structured OB Hospitalist coverage\ N
Collaborate with neonatology and nursing teams\ N
Participate in quality and safety initiatives\ N
Potential involvementin OB/GYN residency education and mentoring\ N
Qualifications:\ N
MD or DO
\ NBC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology\ N
South Carolina license or ability to obtain prior to start\ N
Strong interpersonal skills and team-based approach\ N
Practice Environment:\ N
Established women’s health program\ N
Robotic surgery available\ N
Structured OB Hospitalist support model\ N
Academic exposure through residency program involvement (optional)\ N
Strong referral network in rapidly growing suburban market\ N
