n nAbout the Day-to-Day:
nnnManage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care in a patient‑centered LDRP model.
n
nnAddress GYN emergencies and perform indicated procedures.
n
nnProvide supportive backup to CNMs, including occasional clinic coverage in the attached MOB.
n
nnAssist in complex surgical cases alongside a Gyn Oncologist when needed.
n
nnPartner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, seamless care for patients and families.
n
n nPractice & Facility Highlights:
nnnAnnual deliveries: ~700
n
nnTeam composition: 1 OB Hospitalist, 4 Midwives (growing to 6) + PRN coverage, 2 part‑time and 3 full‑time OBGYN generalists
n
nnSpecialty support: Maternal-Fetal Medicine (nearby), Urogynecology, GYN Oncology, Inpatient Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
n
nnNICU: Level III, 5 beds
n
nnUnit setup: 6 LDRP rooms in a cohesive, team‑oriented unit; 2 Operating Rooms; 10 postpartum beds
n

n nCourses and Training:
nnCompletion of a OB/GYN residency. Upon Hire Required
