Job description
MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center seeks a BC/BE OB/GYN to join its OB Hospitalist service in Des Moines, IA. The role offers seven 24-hour shifts per month with a flexible schedule and no on-call requirements.
The site serves a high-volume obstetric program with a Level II/III NICU and access to subspecialists, including MFM. Compensation includes a base salary of $400,000, a $150,000 recruitment incentive, and moving allowance up to $15,000, plus comprehensive benefits and CME support.
