Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: MercyOne OB Hospitalist- Mason City
Join the team of 1 FT/1 PT/3 PRN OB Hospitalists, 1 OBGYN, 2 midwives, and 4 APPs.
500-600 births/year. Very flexible scheduling- 7 24-hour shifts/month.
Level II NICU staffed 24 hours by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.
Teaching opportunity- FM Residents (in L&D 24/7) & Medical Students.
In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $400,000/year $150,000 bonus package! Up to $15,000 moving allowance. Annual CME: $6,000. Public Student Loan Forgiveness eligible.

Qualifications
Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible.
Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
Above average communication skills.
Ability to work with a team.
Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
