Job description
UPMC Magee-Womens in Lititz, PA is seeking OB Hospitalists to join our growing team and support the expansion of high-quality obstetric services across central Pennsylvania. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice inpatient-focused obstetrics in a collaborative, well-resourced environment_while enjoying a balanced schedule of seven 24?hour shifts per month .

Position Highlights
Full-scope OB Hospitalist role within a high-volume, well-established service
1,100-1,200 annual deliveries and increasing
Level III NICU
Experienced, long-tenured clinical team with low turnover
Four practice locations: Lancaster, Lititz, Elizabethtown, and Annville
Full specialty support including MFM, reproductive endocrinology, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology, and comprehensive women's health programs
Additional clinical and academic resources through UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh
Professional Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate inpatient care
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
