Job description
The University of Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership across the labor deck, obstetric operating rooms, and the OB Emergency Department.
Responsibilities include staffing and workforce management, budget oversight, staff development, and leading practice changes within a multidisciplinary environment; RN licensure and obstetric experience preferred. This role is full-time with on-site duties.
