Job TitlePOSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the RN, the technician assists on all types of procedures for patients of all ages. Stocks and maintains unit supplies. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team in the scrub/assistant role. Demonstrates investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and the organization. Applies good interpersonal and communication process utilizing verbal and non-verbal skills to achieve organizational service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.Job Requirements Education Minimum (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent Licenses and Certifications Minimum (Required) • Current BLS certification • Must successfully complete and maintain NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification within 4 months of hire. Preferred (Not required) Surgical Technician program/certification preferred. Pay Transparency The hourly salary rate range for this position is $23.00- $25.95.
