Position Highlights
Employed practice model
4.5-day work week
Shared 1:5 call schedule
Established team of physicians, midwives, APPs, and women's health specialists
High-demand practice with strong referral base across western Nebraska, eastern Wyoming, and northern Colorado
Practice Details
Sole OB-GYN program serving the surrounding region
Approximately 635 annual deliveries
Level II NICU support
Balanced OB and GYN practice
EPIC EMR
Strong surgical support and experienced staff
Excellent long-term practice stability
Compensation & Benefits
$423,000+ guaranteed base salary
$35,000 annual student loan repayment
