Job description
This award-winning hospital in Southwest Iowa, just 60 minutes from downtown Omaha, is seeking another OBGYN to keep up with patient demand. This position is ideal for providers who value lifestyle, autonomy, and impact without the stress of wRVU's.
Position Details
Established team of OBGYNs, FMOBs, and Midwives performing a total of 120 deliveries annually
True 4-day work week with minimal call - only 8 call days per month (call burden is extremely low)
Uro/GYN focus option, mentorship available from one of the top triple-boarded surgeons in the Midwest
$575K never-ending base salary guarantee not tied to any production thresholds or wRVU quotas
$75K signing bonus, $10K relocation, residency stipends, student loan repayment, and more
