Group Overview
Based at Allina Health Buffalo Hospital, a Forbes "Top 100 Hospital" with a 5-star CMS rating
Recruitment due to an upcoming retirement
4-day, 32-hour work week
Surgically busy group – each OBGYN averages 4-6 hysterectomies/month
Current OBGYNs happy to provide mentorship & scrub in alongside a new partner
1:6 call (1st call rotation of 4 OBGYNs & 2 CNMs)
Robust support staff: highly experienced nurses, OB educator, & midwives who function as 'extenders' for the OBGYN physicians
Thoughtful infrastructure to decrease administrative burden: Dedicated teams handle all Rx refills, triage, pap results & after-hours calls
5 state-of-the-art ORs and brand-new DaVinci robot
Epic EMR
Highly competitive compensation: average earnings of $460K+ (starting guarantee from $375-410K, with additional bonuses available)
Signing bonus, relocation stipend & loan support: $65-90K
