WA license or IMLC LOQ in hand
BLS/DEA required
Clean MP required
Shift times: 8a-445p clinic, 7a-7a call
Schedule: 3 clinic and 1 call shift per week
Inpatient and outpatient setting
Start ASAC
Setting: inpatient and outpatient
60-70% OB to 30-40% Gyn
PPD 18-24
Clinic: OB and gyn patients
Level 1 Nursery
EMR: EPIC
