Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our collaborative team of three physicians, two certified midwives, and four advanced practice providers. This role offers a balanced clinical schedule, surgical opportunities, and a supportive, team-based environment. H1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Opportunity Details
As an OB/GYN at Healthcare United, you will:
Work a 4-day clinic schedule with 0.5–1 day for surgical procedures.
Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with midwives taking first call during the week.
Deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
MD or equivalent with Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN.
Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Maryland.
Willingness to provide comprehensive care, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical services.
H1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.
Healthcare United provides a competitive compensation and benefits package to support your professional and personal growth:
Base Salary: $385,000 plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.
Quality Bonus: Additional performance-based incentives.
Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 upon acceptance.
Loan Forgiveness: Negotiable.
Relocation Allowance: Up to $10,000.
Occurrence-based Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered.
