Job description
Kaiser Permanente Northwest in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float across service areas in the NW Region, covering adult primary care panels and short-term needs in the MOB.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, diagnosing, formulating treatment plans, providing education, and coordinating departmental services. Licensure in Oregon (and Washington) with multis-state credentials is required; state guidelines apply.
