Job description
BHMG OBGYN is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee daily administrative and clinical operations for one or more sites with 15+ providers and a sizable staff. The role requires on-site presence and close coordination with patients, hospitals, and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of management experience, and 5+ years in health care. Baptist Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
