Continuing Education Student LoanRepayment Through NHSC Arizona State Loan Repayment
19 Days of PTO For The 1st year 5Sick Days 7.5 Paid Holidays
AZ license required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited medicalschool with a current, unencumbered Arizona state license to practice medicine.
Valid DEA number.
Board Eligible/Board Certified bythe American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Ability to becomeprivileged/credentialed at local hospitals and credentialed with Canyonlands’contracted health plans.
Must not be excluded fromparticipation in federal health care programs (as determined by the OIG). CPRcertified (BLS/ACLS). Possess a valid driver’s License.
