Job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

nAs our OB/GYN Physician, you will join CHI Health Clinic's established practice at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy in Omaha, Nebraska, where you'll become part of a growing team of five physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered women's healthcare. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a rewarding practice providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care while working in a collaborative academic environment. Through our partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine, you'll have the opportunity to pursue an academic appointment and participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.

nEvery day you will provide the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care for women of all ages, averaging 21–24 patient visits and approximately 8–10 deliveries per month. You'll perform office-based procedures, including ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and colposcopy, with inpatient LEEP procedures available as needed. You'll collaborate closely with primary care, diabetic education, behavioral health, physical therapy, pharmacy, and women's health specialists to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care. You'll also have access to an efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Level III NICU, and advanced surgical technology, including the Da Vinci robotic surgical system, while utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care.

nTo be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN who is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. You'll thrive in a growing practice with a 1:6+ call schedule, enjoy building lasting relationships with patients, and value opportunities to teach and mentor future physicians. Whether your interests include obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, academic medicine, or multidisciplinary women's healthcare, you'll find a supportive culture, excellent clinical resources, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.

nWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your professional and personal success. This includes a guaranteed two-year base salary, a starting on bonus, annual bonus opportunities, and relocation assistance. In addition, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and relocation support to help make your transition as seamless as possible.
