Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs our OB/GYN Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada, a distinguished multi-specialty group in Grass Valley, CA. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care within a well-respected and tenured practice alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers.
nYou will provide expert clinical care within a collaborative environment, offering one-hospital coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, which handles approximately 30 low-risk deliveries per month. Your duties will include engaging in collaborative care with a community OB/GYN and midwife, while benefiting from a shared 1:4 call schedule that ensures excellent work-life balance.
nTo be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician with a passion for women's health, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care within a collegial group.
nResponsibilities:
nnnDeliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care services.
n
nnParticipate actively in a shared 1:4 call schedule.
n
nnCollaborate with community OB/GYN and midwife for an integrated approach to patient care.
n
nnProvide coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for low-risk deliveries and other OB/GYN needs.
n
n nWe are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:
nnnSalary Range: $375,000 - $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives.
n
nnSigning Bonus: Up to $125,000 OR up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus with up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment.

nnRelocation Assistance: Up to $20,000.

n nJob Requirements
nRequired:
nnnActive or eligible for a medical license in the state of California
n
nnBoard eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
n
nnCompletion of an accredited post-graduate OBGYN training program
n
nnStrong interpersonal and communication skills
n
nnCommitment to compassionate, team-based care and service to a diverse patient population
n
nnExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
